Invitation for Proposals
Notice is given that the City of Dania Beach, Florida, is seeking proposals for:

“$3,500,000 Tax Exempt General Obligation Loan (Bank Qualified) and
$1,895,599 Tax Exempt Covenant to Budget and Appropriate Loan (Bank Qualified)”
City Bid #10-005

The Invitation to Submit Proposals is available on the City website at www.daniabeachfl.gov or by contacting the Office of the City Clerk, 100 W Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, FL 33004, 954-924-6800 ext. 3624, and by contacting the City’s Financial Advisor, J. Craig Dunlap and Damon Adams, Dunlap & Associates, Inc. at (407) 678-0977.

One (1) original, four (4) copies and a compact disc containing an Adobe pdf formatted file of the proposal shall be submitted in one sealed package to the City clearly marked on the outside, as applicable, depending on the loans for which the proposer is submitting bids: Sealed Proposal for: [$3,500,000 Tax-Exempt General Obligation Loan (Bank Qualified)] [and] [$1,895,599 Tax-Exempt Covenant to Budget and Appropriate Loan (Bank Qualified)] and addressed to:

Sealed proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 31, 2010. Proposals will be publicly opened at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room at City Hall, 100 W. Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, Florida.

The City of Dania Beach reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, with or without cause, to waive any informality in a proposal, to terminate the process or re-advertise and solicit new or additional proposals, and to make awards in the best interest of the City.
