P.J. Meli Park offers many amenities to the Community including a new playground for children of all ages and brand new basketball, handball & tennis courts.

- All prices above are subject to change without notice and are subject to applicable 6% sales tax
- 50% of Rental Fee as a Deposit due at time of contract with remaining balances due 60 days before rental date
- $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit due 60 days before rental date
- Set Up & Clean Up times are included in rental time period
- No rentals will be permitted beyond 10:00 PM
