CONSTRUCTION UPDATE CRA PROJECTS 2013
Federal Highway Improvements – Phase 2:
- This project is a continuation of Phase 1 from Stirling Road to Sheridan Street.
- Much of the underground work is completed. The Planting of Medjool Palms has begun. Irrigation piping in progress.
Sun Garden Isles:
- This neighborhood project is located between 10th Court and 2nd Avenue and is completed.
- Dead trees are being replaced that are under warranty.
West Dania Beach Roadway & Drainage Project
- This project extends West Dania Beach Blvd. westward removing the existing cul de sac and connecting the roadway to 13th Avenue.
- Plans and specifications are completed and this project is advertised for bid.
