Dania Beach Code Compliance Division is responsible for the enforcement of zoning, landscape, vegetation, and sign codes relative to existing buildings and vacant land including reviewing single-family home permits for compliance with zoning requirements. Code Compliance Division is also responsible for enforcing city codes relating to the use of vacant land and developed property.
