The City of Dania Beach is soliciting Proposals from interested persons, firms, or both for the provision of the services described in this RFQ. Through a Request for Qualifications process described in this document, persons and firms interested in assisting the City in provision of such services must prepare and submit a qualifications packet in accordance with the procedure and schedule in this RFQ.

The City intends to select a professional architecture, landscape architecture or engineering firm capable of providing services necessary to complete the improvements within the City as outlined in this RFQ. The scope of services include, but are not limited to, working with the City to create a bid package, identify all documents to include in the package, modifications to any drawings or documents to include in the package including any special grant conditions, photos, and other pertinent information and to provide overall project management for the project as well as assistance with construction management.

Proposals will be accepted on DemandStar until Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Proposals received after this time will be rejected. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the submission deadline. Interested parties may join the opening with the information below:
